How does online personal training work?

My online personal training programmes are bespoke. Your plan will be based on your lifestyle and your goals. Your plan will focus on weight loss, strength, conditioning, mobility workouts (based on the equipment you have available), and nutrition.

The amount of time you have to train will be based on your training goals.

The steps to empower you for long term success

My adaptable solutions will hone in on you. So whether you’re a beginner or someone who has an injury and is restricted, I have many enjoyable exercises to introduce you to.

My support for you consists of weekly check-ins, weekly personalised feedback, contact via in-app messenger, developing your plan as you progress, and tracking your nutrition.

By the end of your personal training you will be empowered to make decisions for yourself. And most importantly, you will have the confidence to do so

What to expect with your personal training

Kick off with a lifestyle questionnaire

The information you provide to me in the lifestyle questionnaire will be pivotal in planning your personal training and nutrition programme. I’ll combine this feedback with your goals.

You’ll receive your uniquely designed programme

With all your information gathered, I will put together your plan. This will consist of daily and weekly exercise plans, along with various nutritious meals to give your body everything it needs.

Weekly online face to face consultations

I use my online consultations with you to review and assess your progress. I like to set up check ins twice per week, in addition to the weekly calendar check-ins, to answer your questions and provide you with guidance.

Enjoy the process and take it with you

You won’t just be given a generic plan and sent on your way to follow it, my plan is tailored to what you like. This will empower you to be confident in yourself during and even after your plan with me.
