Your personalised weight loss journey is designed to have a long-term effect. Even better, it’s all delivered online by me!

You will be educated on the importance of nutrition and the impact your lifestyle has on your physiology. I will support you and give you the knowledge and tools to succeed in your weight loss for now and into the future.

I’ve witnessed many wonderful weight loss journeys with life changing transitions; involving losses of over 20-30 kg in body fat over the space of 1-2 years.


The key steps to a successful weight loss journey

One of the most important steps will be to observe what you’re currently doing. It’s not practical to jump into a diet in an attempt to start losing weight. This is not an effective or long-term solution.

Instead, I’ll evaluate your situation and sit down over Zoom to discuss your current nutrition & lifestyle habits, and your health and medical history.

We all have different motivations and values that drive our behaviour. I take the time to understand these. This will link to how weight loss might improve your life and support other aspects of your life that you value highly.

Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-based goals are crucial.

Setting your nutritional goals will be key as these will look at the future and what you want to achieve. Behavioural goals will represent the changes we need to put in place for you to achieve your goals. These are the things you have complete control over.

Pre-consultation

I’ll start you off with pre-consultation forms to fill in. This is followed by a more detailed assessment of your nutrition, lifestyle, health and medical history.

Goal setting

Your desired outcome goals will be talked over and specific behavioural goals will be set. This will help you to get to where you want to be.

It’s go-time!

You will receive your nutritional plan and recipes to help you on your weight loss journey. You won’t be given the plan and sent on your way however, I’ll provide you with various tools like nutrition plans, food lists and recipes.

Ongoing remote support & check-ins

Human connection is crucial in any weight loss plans. This is why I provide 24/7 remote support via email or telephone. Implementing changes and trying to establish new habits isn’t easy, but don’t worry, I’m here to guide you through the process. My objective is to help ensure that you achieve a long-term change.
