What you will receive
- Comprehensive nutrition analysis.
- Daily meal plan with calorie and macronutrient breakdowns. Adjustments for rest days, hard training days etc.
- 4 face to face consultations - in person or via Zoom.
- Weekly check ins with your nutrition coach
- Meal plan adjustments.
- Access to your nutrition coach via messenger, email.
- Clear step by step progression over the 3-month coaching period.
- Choose your package - either face to face or online.
2. Book your slot or if choosing online, once you sign up you will be redirected back to complete the intake form.
3. Your nutrition coach will then be in touch to detail the next steps.
4. Your plan will be sent through within 5 to 7 days.
5. There are weekly email check ins with your coach as well as adjustments made via in the tracker.
6. In your follow up assessment your plan is adjusted based on progress.
