” …I don’t know how Sarah did it; I only know I will always be grateful to her. And she is a great person too! When I first met Sarah, I was someone who loved junk food and hated anything healthy. I knew about the dangers of eating all those high fat, high sugar foods, I hated how my eating habits affected the way I looked and felt, but still, I couldn’t stop eating them. That’s why I was pleasantly shocked after my first meeting with Sarah. I felt as if my brain had been re-programmed and all those types of food, I would have found boring and tasteless before (vegetables, simply cooked food and wheat-free bread) started tasting amazing now.
